We collect account details (name, email, phone), delivery addresses, order history, gift reminders you save, and technical data such as cookies needed for login sessions. If you sign in with Google / Gmail, we receive your Google account name, email, profile image, and Google user id to create or link your Giftora account.
We use your data to process orders, send confirmations and delivery updates, provide account features, improve the Service, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
We may share data with delivery partners, payment processors, and email providers solely to fulfil your orders and communications. Google processes authentication when you choose Google sign-in.
We retain account and order records as needed for operations and legal requirements. Passwords are hashed; sessions use HTTP-only cookies. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
You may update profile details in your account, request access or deletion where applicable, and stop marketing emails using unsubscribe links. Contact info@softguidetech.com for privacy requests.
